Hand painted using porcelain and ceramic paints this cute 'Hello Autumn' ceramic heart is an ideal decoration for the Autumn season. Featuring pumpkins, leaves, berries and cups of hot chocolate it can be used year after year to mark the start of this cosy season.
 
They are approximately 6cm wide and come with a hanging cord.
 
The finished decoration comes wrapped in acid free tissue paper, bubble wrap and posted in a box envelope for protection.
