Lead Times & Delivery
DELIVERY DETAILS

All items will be shipped via Royal Mail, unless otherwise specified.

All items are wrapped in tissue paper/paper bags and sent in a hard backed envelope, rolled postal tube or cardboard box. Wherever possible I recycle and reuse packaging/envelopes/boxes and use paper tape.

LEAD TIMES
Orders are usually posted out within 1 - 3 business days. Please allow 1 -2 weeks lead time on personalised illustrations though (This may alter at peak times during the year, Christmas etc). Full timescales will be emailed to you upon ordering. However, if you order is urgent please email karen@doodlekeg.co.uk to discuss your requirements and I will do my best to assist you.
DELIVERY TIMES

Timescales will vary depending upon the product ordered/postal service selected and can be confirmed to you via email/message if requested.

There are a variety of postal options available from standard second class through to special delivery. All UK orders over £50 come with free UK second class p&p. This can be upgraded at check out if you require a first class option.

URGENT ORDERS
Doodle Keg will always try and accommodate everyone's order timescales when possible. Please email me to discuss your order at karen@doodlekeg.co.uk.
POST & PACKAGING CHARGES
All UK orders over £50 have free UK second class p&p. This can be updated at check out if you require first class, signed for or special delivery options.
